Ceasar Casas comes with more than 30 years of experience in both Public Sector and Corporate Business Management. Managed large P & L’s, Global Operations, Business Process Outsourcing, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management and large Sourcing and Contract Management initiatives, with more than 30 years of experience in the field and a progressive track record working with world class and high-volume service and manufacturing environments as well as operations startups. Major strengths are, BPO in Back Office Services, Robotic Process Automation, Finance & Accounting, Contact Center Operations, Global Strategic Sourcing, Contract Negotiations and Production Management.

Ceasar’s last experience was as a Senior Vice President – Business Head – Public Sector for Exela Technologies, in his role he was responsible for the vertical P & L worth ~$190M in revenue. All Operations, Contract Management, Relationship Management, IT, Facilities, Sales, Organic Growth and New Products Introduction were under his responsibility with 21 location across the USA. Under his responsibility, there were ~1,700 employees. He was responsible to service Federal and State Government agencies either as the prime contractor or subcontractor to include; Veterans Administration (VBA), House of Representatives, Library of Congress, Supreme Court, Federal Trade Commission, Institute of Peace, State of Florida, State of Arizona, Detroit, Virginia Retirement Systems and other State agencies.

Before Exela, Ceasar held the position of Vice President of Global Operations for DATAMARK Inc. for 11 years, in his role he was responsible for all Operations, Facilities, Project and Transition Management in El Paso, Texas, San Antonio, Harrisburg, PA, Juarez, Mexico and India. Under his responsibility, there were ~3,000 employees in 3 different countries and 11 sites. Ceasar was responsible for the Company’s P & L and Organic Growth for both Government and Corporate accounts. His experience in Document Management and Business Process Automation where key to manage customers in the Federal and Corporate Space. The Department of Education, Department of Labor where among his Public Sector accounts and large corporate contracts such as FedEx, American Express, United Healthcare, Blue Cross, Credit One among others. 

Ceasar deployed and lead Strategic initiatives, among them, Lean Six Sigma as well as to lead the company’s Business Process Management System to improve Business Process Automation for both Public Sector and large corporate companies. He helped the company to triple its revenue in 11 years.

Ceasar is also a Leadership Speaker and Coach certified by the John Maxwell Company. Ceasar has trained and mentor many leaders globally, many of them currently working in executive positions for Fortune 100 companies around the world.

Ceasar brings a history of success in managing P & L’s in Public and Corporate Sectors in Global Operations, transitioning projects from Country to Country and developing new business segments or verticals.

Ceasar spent 14 years in General Electric in different assignments, his last assignment was as a Vice President for Strategic Sourcing for NBC Universal in his role Ceasar was responsible for Sourcing and Contracting for Home Entertainment, Film Production & Post Production with a $4.2B spend.

Prior to NBC, Ceasar was Global Supply Chain Leader for GE – Equipment Services – Asset Intelligence Division, a leading supplier of Telematics Products and Services in the US, Europe and Latin America, Ceasar worked for Asset Intelligence for 4 years where he was responsible for establishing and leading a World-Class Telematics Supply Chain, Sourcing,  Order Management and Fulfillment organization.

Prior to his last role at GE Equipment Services he worked 9 years for GE Capital International Services – Americas (now Genpact), where he served as Service Delivery Leader. During this period, he was responsible for several key areas — including managing Back office- Document Management Operations for up 2500+ people, transition management and business development in the Business Process Outsourcing world. His contributions to GECIS helped drive the business towards growth in new industries.

Prior to GE, he worked for 10 years all together for Chrysler Motors, Argos Corp & Zenith where he was responsible for implementing an MRP and Financial Control System in Mexico and also held positions in Sourcing and Project Management.

Ceasar has attended some of the top nominated executive leadership programs in GE Corporation to include Lean Six Sigma, Finance and Advance Leadership Management programs given by GE at Crotonville University. Ceasar has received top management awards in years in a row; he attended Autonomous University in Chihuahua, Mexico where he completed his MBA course work for a postgraduate in Administration and Accounting.
