Kristina Janssen – Operation Manager

Kristina brings more than five years of leadership experience to FSC Edge from a fast-paced, performance-driven setting in the student loan industry. She provides support, development, and processes for the operations team. Kristina is passionate about her work and is driven by motivating others to perform at their very best and creating a culture in which everyone thrives.
Kristina resides locally with her husband and four kids. She enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, camping, fishing, and exploring new areas. Kristina also has an avid passion for plants and has more than 20 types in her home.
